Disk Doctors Photo Recovery (Mac) Software provides easy to use interface that helps you to restore lost data in simple steps. Please follow the steps below to restore deleted files from SD cards in Mac.
Step 1. Run photo recovery software.
Run Disk Doctors Photo Recovery for Mac software, by double clicking on application icon from the 'Applications' folder or the location where the software has been installed. Program main Window will be displayed as shown in the Figure (a).

Step 2. Choose file types.
Select the SD card which you want to restore from and click on "Next" button to proceed. The program displays a Window to select file types that you wish to restore.
By default all the file types will be selected. Click on "Deselect all" button and select those file formats which you wish to restore and click on "Recover" button as shown in Figure (b).

Step 3.
Scan files in SD.
Once you have opened the SD and selected the file formats, application starts scanning your selected card as shown in Figure (c). Please wait till the process is completed.

As soon as the application completes the scanning process, the restored data/file will be analysed and displayed in a well organized data tree as shown in Figure (d).

Step 4. Save files from SD to Mac.
You can now save the restored data in order to complete recovery process. Select the files you wish to save and click on save button.
Specify a safe location to initiate saving process. Shown in Figure (e).

Please Note: In order to save your recovered data, you need to purchase and activate the full version. Saving option will not work in demo version.
It might take a while depending on the size of SD card. The bigger it is, the longer it will take to complete scanning. As long as you do not take any more data on the memory card, you are able to restore all the files to Mac. The concept is actually the same as recovering lost files from SanDisk.
